1. Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide, and shipping is completely free of charge.

2. Can I change my address/order? 
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order as they are all handmade.

3. When and where can i begin tracking my orders?
We will send you an email about your tracking number once your cuties are shipped. You can go to Track Order Page and enter your tracking number there for more information.

4. What if my order lost in transit?
Rest assure, all our orders are protected by our LuckInu Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue you a store credit.

5. What is this stores return and exchange policy?
As these are all handmade, we do not accept return or exchange, please note this before you place an order. But if you received a damaged one with defect, you will get a compensation or refund, please email contact@luckinu.com to solve your problem.
